It is all about being mindful. If you don’t think you can make the changes it helps to start with one. I started a daily writing habit by writing promising to write something. Some days it amounted to one sentence. I counted it as a win.

Today, a year later, I am writing 300–500 words ever day and sometimes manage to bump it to 1,000 words or more.

Once the first daily habit is consistent add one more to the list. Yes it sounds tiny, but they certainly do add up.
